Ospelia vs Spreadsheets & group texts
Most independents run on the POS back office, a spreadsheet for counts and costs, a scheduling app, a binder of recipes and a group text for everything else.

Where Spreadsheets & group texts fits better
It's free, it's familiar, and it works — until a manager leaves with half of it in their head, or the numbers are three weeks old by the time anyone adds them up.
Where Ospelia is different
Ospelia holds all of it in one system that updates itself from your POS: the schedule knows the forecast, the order knows the shelf, the plate cost knows the invoice, and the P&L is current today.
What you'd add with Ospelia.
Included in Ospelia (Operations, Marketing, or both), and not something spreadsheets do.
