This Privacy Policy explains how Ospelia ("Ospelia," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ospelia.com, join our waitlist, or use the Ospelia platform (together, the "Services").
We do not sell personal information. We do not use one customer's business data to benefit another customer.
Where connected systems include your customers' information (such as loyalty or contact records), Ospelia processes that data on your behalf and under your instructions. You remain responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to collect and use that data in your own business.
Tenant data is isolated at the database layer using row-level security. Access within your organization is controlled by the roles and permissions you assign. Data is encrypted in transit, and we follow industry-standard practices for credentials and infrastructure security.
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Services — including cloud database and hosting providers, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
We retain data while your account is active. If you cancel, you can export your data, and we will delete it upon request, subject to legal retention obligations.
