Ospelia reads your numbers to report and plan, keeps them isolated, and never sells them. The longer version is below.
What we read
Ospelia connects to the systems you choose — your POS, marketing, analytics, reviews and files — and reads the data they produce so it can report, forecast and plan. It never changes your POS. When you set them up, it also posts, sends messages and takes website payments through the accounts you connect.
What we never do
We don't sell your data and we don't share it between accounts. Ospelia can't change your POS or your menu.
How it's stored
Each account's data is isolated in the database, with role-based access on top: every person sees only the sections and locations their role allows.
Your control
Disconnect an integration or close your account at any time. You can download everything first; the account is permanently deleted 14 days after you ask. Questions: privacy@ospelia.com.
