Everything the building runs on.
31 features for the kitchen, the floor and the office — and they talk to each other. The schedule knows the forecast, the order knows the shelf, the plate cost knows the invoice.
Know the numbers
Sales, forecasts and the morning read on what matters.
Run the shift
The notes, lists and repairs that decide whether service goes well.
Stock & ordering
What's on the shelf, what to order and what got thrown out.
Menu & recipes
Recipes with real plate cost, and the menu decisions they justify.
Team & scheduling
The schedule, the labor line and everything HR.
The forecast does the schedule's math.
Next week's expected sales sit on every day of the schedule, so labor percent moves with each shift you add — before the week happens, not after.
Scheduling →
Counts turn into the order.
Count the shelf on a phone, and Ospelia drafts the order from your par levels, ready to send. Waste gets logged in the same place.
What to order →
Plate cost from real prices.
Recipes cost themselves from what you actually paid, and the menu matrix shows which dishes earn their spot and which need a new price.
Menu engineering →
A P&L you can read on a Tuesday.
Sales, labor and cost of goods land every day, so prime cost is a number you check this week — not three weeks after month end.

About Operations.
Anything else — ask us from inside the trial, and a real person answers.
What's in the Operations platform?
Sales and forecasting, the morning recap and recommendations, scheduling and labor, inventory, ordering and waste, recipes and menu engineering, shift notes, checklists and repairs, HR and training, catering and bookings, and the daily P&L.
What does it cost?
$299 a location a month, dropping by $25 a step at 2, 5 and 10 locations. Unlimited users, and paying yearly gets you two months free.
Which POS does it work with?
Square syncs automatically today — sales, items, labor and customers. Toast, Clover, Lightspeed and SpotOn are planned. Without a POS you can enter a daily record by hand.
Can I add Marketing later?
Yes. Add it from Settings any time; together they're $399 a location instead of $548.
Does it change anything in my POS?
No. Ospelia reads your POS so it can report and plan, and never changes it or your menu. Anything it posts, sends or charges happens only when you set it up or click.
