Ospelia can tell you when something needs you, and send you a regular report on how things are going.
Turn on push notifications
- Click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar, then Alerts & Reviews.
- Under Push notifications, click Enable on this device. Allow notifications when your browser asks.
- Click Send test alert to make sure it works.
Do this on each device where you want alerts. It works in the browser and in the installed app. If you see a note that notifications are blocked, allow them in your browser settings.
Choose your alerts
Under Alert rules, turn on the ones you want:
- Low stock: an item hits its reorder point.
- Urgent work orders: a new urgent work order comes in.
- Labor over target: yesterday ran over your labor target.
- Sales dip: yesterday fell well below normal.
- Unhappy guest feedback: a 1–2★ private feedback comes in.
- Maintenance due: a recurring equipment task is due.
Click Save rules. Past alerts are listed under Recent alerts. Alerts go to the right person, and the morning digest arrives in your account's time zone. You'll also hear before certifications or documents expire, and when a checklist with a due time is missed.
