Find your way around the menu and switch views

How the Ospelia menu is laid out: Home, Operations, Marketing, Inbox & Work and the Settings gear, plus the Operations, Marketing and Both views.

The menu down the left side groups every page in Ospelia. Click a group to open it, then use the tabs across the top of the page to move between its pages.

The main groups

  • Home: one Dashboard with today's sales and everything that needs you, plus Ideas & plan and Today in Review. Sales has your overview, heatmap and forecast. Insights has Recommendations, Week in Review, Ask your data, Ask the Coach and Competitors.
  • Operations, Inventory & Ordering, Menu & Recipes, Events & Catering and People: running the building. The Kitchen board for online pickup orders is under Operations.
  • Marketing: Calendar, Social Media, Advertising, Email & SMS (Campaigns, Automations, Templates, Texts and Sending setup), Sites & Funnels, Forms, Commerce, Guests (Guest list, Segments, Loyalty, Gift cards and Counter), Reviews (Reviews inbox, Listings and Rank map) and Brand kit.
  • Inbox & Work: guest messages, the content inbox, Tasks, Projects & Goals, Work Log, Team Chat and Files.
  • Finances & Reports: your P&L, Compare and Reports.

Settings

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar to open Settings. On a phone, the gear sits in the bar at the top of the screen. Settings is one page with tabs: General, Profile, Branding, Brands & Billing, Integrations, Alerts & Reviews, Daily review, Team Access, Navigation and Support.

Change your view

If your plan includes both Operations and Marketing, you can show only the part you need right now.

  1. Look at the top of the sidebar, under the brand picker.
  2. Click Operations, Marketing or Both.

On a phone, open the menu and you'll find the same switch at the top.

  • Operations shows sales, inventory, recipes, the schedule, checklists, catering and your costs. Some menu names change here. For example, Events & Catering becomes Catering & Booking.
  • Marketing turns each marketing page, like Calendar, Email & SMS or Guests, into its own menu item.
  • Both shows everything.

Home, Inbox & Work and Settings are in every view. The Home dashboard and the shortcuts in the bottom bar on your phone change to match the view you pick. Your choice is remembered on the device you're using.

If you open a page from a notification or link that belongs to the other view, Ospelia switches to that view for you.

Moved pages

Some pages moved in September 2026. Old links still work and take you to the new place.

  • Marketing → This Week is now part of Home: the Marketing overview is on the Home Dashboard, and Ideas & plan and Ask the Coach are under Home.
  • Audience is now the Audience insights view of the Guest list.
  • Flows are now called Automations. Quick automations are a tab inside Automations.
  • Delivery & domains is now part of Sending setup.
  • Google listing is now the Google card on Reviews → Listings.
  • Forms, orders, products, codes, tickets, members and payments moved from Sites & Funnels to their own Forms and Commerce pages.
  • Offers are gone. Your old offers are kept, but you can't make new ones.

Don't see a page?

The view switch only appears on the Operations + Marketing plan. If you're on Operations or Marketing only, you see just that part. Pages from the other plan show what they include and how to add them. See Choose a plan and manage billing.

The help articles here use the menu names from the Both view. If you can't find a menu item, switch to Both. Staff only see the pages their manager allows.

To change the menu order for everyone on your account, go to Settings → Navigation, drag the groups into place, and click Save menu.
