Sign in and reset your password

You sign in to Ospelia at app.ospelia.com. You can use your email address or, if your manager set one up for you, a username.

Sign in

1. Go to app.ospelia.com.
2. Type your email or username in Username or email.
3. Type your password in Password.
4. Click Sign In.

New to Ospelia? Click Start a free trial under the sign-in button to create an account.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, type your email address in Username or email.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Check your inbox for a reset link. Check your spam folder too.
4. Open the link, then type your new password in New password and again in Confirm password. Use at least 8 characters.
5. Click Set Password & Sign In.

The link works once and expires after one hour. If it has expired, go back to the sign-in page and click Forgot password? again.

If you sign in with a username

Reset emails only work for email logins. If you sign in with a username and forget your password, ask your manager or the account owner for help. They can set up your login again from People → Staff.

Confirm your email

When you first sign up, you may see a bar at the top asking you to confirm your email address. Open the link we sent you. If you can't find it, click Send the link again on that bar.

Tip

Want to see how you appear to your team? Open Settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar, or at the top of the screen on a phone), then the Profile tab. Add your name, job title and photo, then click Save profile.
