Ospelia is priced per location, per month. Billing lives in Settings → Brands & Billing. Only the account owner can change the plan.
The plans
- Operations: $299 per location per month. Sales, forecasts, scheduling, labor, inventory, recipes, catering and the P&L.
- Marketing: $249 per location per month. Social planning and posting, events, email, ads, reviews, guests and your website.
- Operations + Marketing: $399 per location per month. Everything in Ospelia.
The rate for every location drops by $25 at 2, 5 and 10 locations. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax. Every plan has unlimited users. See ospelia.com/pricing for the full table.
See your plan
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar, then Brands & Billing. The Your plan card shows:
- your package and status, like Free trial or active
- how many locations are billed and the price per location
- your Next bill date and amount
- Usage this period: the emails, text messages and AI requests you've used against what your plan includes. See Usage allowances: emails, texts and AI.
Choose or change your plan
- On Brands & Billing, click Change plan (or Choose a plan if you don't have one yet).
- Pick your plan.
- Set your Number of locations with the − and + buttons.
- Choose Monthly or Annual · 2 months free.
- Check the total, then continue to the secure Stripe checkout.
If you already pay for a plan, you'll see Current plan on yours. Click Upgrade or Switch on another plan. Your bill is adjusted for the rest of the period.
Payment method, invoices and billing details
- Payment method shows the card or bank account on file. Click Manage billing to change it in the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Invoices lists your bills with links to view or download them.
- Billing details holds the billing email, the business name on invoices, the address and an optional tax ID. Click Save billing details.
Until online billing is switched on for your account, these cards say they'll show here once billing is on.
Cancel or keep your plan
Click Cancel plan… and confirm. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. Changed your mind before then? Click Keep my plan.
Free trial
New accounts can start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Your plan card shows how many trial days are left.
Adding locations
When you add a location, your location count goes up and your bill adjusts automatically.
Pages outside your plan
If you open a page that isn't in your plan, you'll see what that plan adds and the extra cost per location. Owners can add it right there. Everyone else will see a note to ask the account owner.
In the phone app
The iPhone and Android apps don't show prices or let you buy or cancel. Manage your plan on the web at app.ospelia.com.
