The marketing calendar puts everything going out to guests on one page. Go to Marketing → Calendar.
Views and filters
- Switch between Month, Week and List.
- Filter by channel: email, texts, each social network, events, campaigns, holidays, food and drink days, and local days.
- Filter by brand and by status: draft or idea, scheduled, sent or published, or needs attention.
- The colour and status key explains each colour. Today is marked, and each week shows a count. Running campaigns show as bars.
Hover over an item, or tap it on a phone, to preview it.
Reschedule
Drag a social post, an email or text draft, a scheduled campaign or a local day to another day, then confirm. A scheduled item stays scheduled and goes out at the new time.
On a phone or with the keyboard, open the preview and use Move to to pick a new date. Items that have already gone out can't be moved.
Add something to a day
Click a day, or the + on it, to plan a social post, an email, a text, an event or a local day there. Emails and texts you start from a day are saved as drafts planned for that day. Nothing is sent until you send or schedule it.
Holidays and local days
Holidays and food and drink days, like National Coffee Day, are filled in for each year. Click Add a local day for your own dates, like the town festival or a street fair.
