Build your website, landing pages and sales funnels in Ospelia. Sign-ups go straight into your guest list and can start an automation. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
Set up your brand kit first
Go to Marketing → Brand kit. Add your logo, colors, fonts and how you sound, then click Save brand kit. New websites and funnels start with your brand kit. Emails and writing helpers use it too.
Create a website
- Go to Marketing → Sites & Funnels → Sites & funnels.
- Click New website.
- Choose how to start: - Build it with AI: describe your place, and Ospelia builds a site using your real menu, events and reviews. - Import my site: bring over the pages, text, photos and colors from your current website. - Or start from a ready-made page in the template library.
- Enter a Name, a Free address (app.ospelia.com/s/…) and the Brand.
- Edit the pages, then publish.
Create a funnel
Click New funnel instead of New website. Funnels are step-by-step pages for things like selling tickets or collecting catering leads.
Site settings
Open a site and click Settings. The settings are grouped in a list on the left, with one save bar at the bottom. Here you'll find your business details, tracking, website chat, the cookie notice and redirects. Click Create privacy policy or Create terms of use for starter pages filled in from your business details. They're plain-language starters, not legal advice.
SEO and speed
The SEO tab checks each page's title, description, headings and image text, plus your tracking, privacy page and cookie notice. Click Test speed for a phone speed test.
Forms, orders and payments
Form entries have their own Forms page. Orders, products, discount codes, tickets, members, gift card sales and payments are on the Commerce page. See Collect sign-ups and inquiries with Forms and Sell online with Commerce.
Make a quick landing page
- Go to Marketing → Sites & Funnels → Landing pages.
- Click New page. Use it for an event with RSVPs, your link-in-bio or a sign-up.
- Share the link or QR code.
The list shows each page's status, type, link, visits, conversions and when it was last edited. Search, filter and sort to find one. Have an event without a page? Click Make a page + invite & reminder emails next to it.
Print QR signs
- Go to Marketing → Sites & Funnels → Print & QR.
- Choose what the QR code opens, like your join list, feedback or a landing page.
- Pick a format, like a table tent, and add a headline.
- Click Open printable page and print it.
See your visitors
Connect Google Analytics and Search Console to see your traffic under Visitors and Search. Until they're connected, those pages show sample numbers.
