The social planner lets you plan, schedule and publish posts for every brand. Facebook and Instagram posts go out on their own at the time you pick.
Connect your accounts
- Go to Marketing → Social Media → Planner.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Connect your Facebook page and Instagram account.
Create a post
- On the Planner, click + Create post.
- Pick the Brand and choose the networks under Post to.
- On the Main post tab, write your Caption, add Hashtags and a first comment, and click Add a photo or video. Instagram needs at least one photo or video. Add up to 10 for a carousel.
- Pick a Format: Post, Reel / video or Story.
- Set the Date & time.
- Click Schedule. Or click Publish now, Save draft, or Send for approval.
Change a post for one network
A post going to several networks is still one post. Each network has its own tab next to Main post. The caption, the hashtags and first comment, and the photos each stay Same as main post unless you change them for that network. You can add or remove networks later. Networks that have already published are locked.
Follow each network
In the planner and in Results, the post shows one card with an icon and a status for each network: scheduled, published or failed. For each network you can Publish now, Retry a failed post, Copy caption, Mark published if you posted it yourself, or remove it.
Plan the whole month
Click Plan the month with AI. Ospelia drafts a month of posts from your menu, events and more. Review and change them before they go out.
Find your posts
Use the tabs across the top:
- Calendar: see posts by Week or Month. Click + on a day to add one.
- Queue: posts waiting to go out.
- Drafts & approvals: posts still being worked on or waiting for approval.
- Published: posts that have gone out.
Reply to comments
Go to Marketing → Social Media → Comments. Type a reply and click Reply. Click Write it for me for a draft, or No reply needed to clear it.
See your results
Go to Marketing → Social Media → Results to see reach, likes, comments and shares for each post. You'll also see your Best times to post, your Best post, and what works for you, like video against photos.
If comments or results don't show, reconnect Facebook and Instagram so Ospelia has permission to read them.
