Commerce holds everything you sell online: orders (including pickup food orders), products, discount codes, event tickets, memberships, gift card sales and payments. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
Go to Marketing → Commerce. The strip at the top shows sales and paid orders in the last 30 days, pickup orders, orders waiting for payment, abandoned checkouts, and whether Stripe is connected.
Connect Stripe
- Open the Payments tab.
- Click Connect Stripe and paste your key. Only the account owner can do this.
- Optional: add the Stripe webhook so payments are confirmed right away. The tab walks you through it.
Payments are also checked every few minutes, so orders are confirmed even without the webhook.
Products
Click New product. Choose what you're selling:
- a one-time product or a deposit
- a gift card
- an event ticket, with the date, place and seat limit
- a membership, billed each month or year
Set a price, the most someone can buy at once, and whether sales tax applies. Put the product on a page with an order form. For food, click Online ordering menu. See Online pickup orders and the kitchen board.
Orders
The Orders tab lists every order. Unpaid orders show as waiting for payment. Checkouts that aren't paid within 24 hours are marked abandoned. Click Refund to refund an order. Refunding gives back seats and cancels unused tickets.
Discount codes
On Discount codes, create a code with a percent off, a limit on uses and the products it works on. Guests enter it under Have a code? at checkout.
Tickets and check-in
Ticket buyers get a QR code by email. On Tickets & check-in, see who's coming and check people in. Staff signed in on the same phone can also check in from the ticket page.
Members
Members lists active memberships with their next billing date. You can cancel one from here.
Gift card sales
Gift card sales lists cards sold online, their value and balance, and cards scheduled to send later. Click All gift cards (in store too) for every card.
