Track sales, busy hours and your week in review

Read your live sales, compare periods, find your busiest hours on the heatmap, and get a plain-English summary of last week.

Your sales come straight from your POS. Ospelia reads them. It never changes anything in your POS.

See your sales

  1. Go to Home → Sales → Overview.
  2. Pick a period: Today, 7D, 30D, 90D, 1Y, All or Custom.
  3. Use Compare to to set the period you compare against, like the previous period or the same period last year.
  4. Filter by Channel (in-store or online) and Days (weekdays or weekends).

You'll see net sales, orders, items per order, tips, discounts, service charges and tax. Use the tabs to dig deeper: Insights, Items & Categories, Payments & Payouts, Team, Inventory and Customers. Click Compare brands to put your brands side by side.

No POS? Click + Add daily record to enter a day's numbers by hand.

Find your busiest hours

  1. Go to Home → Sales → Heatmap.
  2. Pick a brand and a period, like Last 30 days.

The heatmap shows net sales by day of the week and hour. You'll also see your Peak hour, Busiest day and Quietest day. Use it to plan staffing, prep and opening hours.

Read your week in review

  1. Go to Home → Insights → Week in Review.
  2. Use the arrows to move between weeks.

You get a short written summary of the week, plus orders, average check, labor and a day-by-day chart against the week before. Scroll down for By location, Best sellers and Menu movers.

Have a question the page doesn't answer? Open Home → Insights → Ask your data and ask it in a chat. See Ask your data in a chat.

Keep an eye on competitors

Go to Home → Insights → Competitors to track nearby cafés and restaurants, with their ratings, prices and standout items. See Find and track nearby competitors.

Set your week

To choose which day your week starts on, or which days count as the weekend, go to Settings → General → Account.
